Join us for a transformative and compassionate workshop, Grieving with Grace, specifically designed for widows navigating the complex and often overwhelming journey of grief.
This program combines the gentle wisdom of horses, somatic techniques, and mindfulness practices to support you in processing your emotions, cultivating self-awareness, and finding a deeper sense of peace and connection to yourself and others.
Through guided interactions with horses, you'll experience the therapeutic benefits of equine-assisted learning, including increased emotional regulation, reduced stress, and enhanced self-awareness.
Our experienced facilitators will lead you through a series of gentle and intuitive exercises, allowing you to tap into the horse's calming presence and non-judgmental nature.
In addition to working with the horses, you'll also explore somatic techniques, such as gentle movement, breathwork, and body awareness practices, to help release physical tension, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your body.
